Turnkey Racing Sims respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, please follow the process below.

1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction in the federal court for San Diego County, California

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
