Prodigy Technology Solutions LLC, doing business as Turnkey Racing Sims ("Turnkey," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the website turnkeyracingsims.com and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. We believe in being straightforward about this stuff — no buried clauses, no surprises.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

When you create an account, place an order, contact support, or interact with us, you may provide:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and shipping/billing address
  • Payment information (processed securely by our third-party payment processors — we never store your full card number)
  • Account login credentials (managed through Shopify)
  • Order details and product preferences
  • Support inquiries and correspondence
  • Survey or quiz responses (such as our package recommender quiz)
  • Setup photos, reviews, or other content you choose to share with us

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies:

  • Device information (browser type, operating system, screen resolution)
  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and navigation patterns
  • Referring URLs and search terms that brought you to our site
  • Shopping behavior (products viewed, items added to cart)

Information From Third-Party Tools

We use the following third-party tools that may collect data on our site:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Website traffic, user behavior, and conversion tracking
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram): Ad performance tracking and retargeting
  • Google Ads Pixel: Ad performance tracking and retargeting
  • Pinterest Pixel: Ad performance tracking and retargeting
  • Klaviyo: Email marketing, behavioral tracking for email personalization
  • Shopify Analytics: E-commerce platform analytics and order processing
  • Microsoft Clarity: Behavioral analytics including heatmaps and session replay to understand how visitors interact with our site, used to improve our products, services, and advertising

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle the data they collect. We encourage you to review them, including the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process and fulfill your orders, including shipping and delivery coordination
  • Communicate with you about your orders, account, and support requests
  • Send marketing emails (only if you opt in — and you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • Personalize your experience on our site, including product recommendations
  • Improve our website, products, and services based on usage patterns
  • Run and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
  • Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized activity
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. Period. We will never sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We share information only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers: Companies that help us run our business — payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, and/or financing providers), shipping carriers, email marketing (Klaviyo), analytics providers, and our e-commerce platform (Shopify). These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their specific function.
  • Advertising and analytics partners: Meta, Google, Pinterest, and Microsoft receive anonymized or pseudonymized data through their respective pixels and tracking technologies for ad targeting, measurement, and site optimization purposes. We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, visit the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
  • Legal requirements: If required by law, subpoena, court order, or government regulation.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We'd notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage) to make our site work, understand how you use it, and serve relevant advertising. Here's what's running:

  • Essential cookies: Required for basic site functionality — shopping cart, checkout, account login. These can't be disabled without breaking the site.
  • Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 tracks how visitors use our site so we can improve the experience. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. Microsoft Clarity uses first and third-party cookies to capture behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replays, which help us understand how visitors interact with our site and identify areas for improvement.
  • Advertising cookies: Meta Pixel, Google Ads Pixel, and Pinterest Pixel help us measure ad performance and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. Microsoft Clarity data is also used for advertising purposes through Microsoft Advertising.
  • Email marketing cookies: Klaviyo tracks on-site behavior to personalize email content and timing.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies, though doing so may affect site functionality. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) or the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org).

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining your account, processing transactions, and complying with legal obligations. Specifically:

  • Account and order data: Retained for the life of your account plus 7 years for tax and legal compliance
  • Marketing data: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
  • Analytics data: Retained per the default retention settings of each analytics platform (typically 14–26 months)
  • Support correspondence: Retained for 3 years after resolution

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including SSL encryption across our entire site, secure payment processing through PCI-compliant providers, and access controls that limit who within our organization can view personal data. That said, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you're a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

  • Right to know: You can request details about what personal information we've collected, used, and shared.
  • Right to delete: You can request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
  • Right to correct: You can request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of sale/sharing: We do not sell personal information. We do share data with advertising partners through pixels for targeted advertising, which may constitute "sharing" under CPRA. You can opt out of this by adjusting cookie settings or contacting us.
  • Right to non-discrimination: We will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@turnkeyracingsims.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We'll respond within 45 days as required by law.

11. Changes to This Policy
