Warranty Information

Effective Date: March 1st, 2026

Every component in a Turnkey package is a standalone, best-in-class product from a reputable manufacturer. Warranty coverage comes from those manufacturers — and we're here to make the process easy for you.

1. Manufacturer Warranties

All products sold by Turnkey Racing Sims are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage vary by manufacturer and product. Typical warranty periods for components in our packages range from 1 to 5 years depending on the manufacturer and component type.

Specific warranty details for each component in your package will be included in your order documentation and are available on each manufacturer's website.

2. Turnkey as Your Point of Contact

Here's where we add value: you don't have to navigate five different manufacturers' warranty processes. Contact us at support@turnkeyracingsims.com, and we'll handle the coordination. We'll help diagnose the issue, determine which manufacturer's warranty applies, and work with them on your behalf to get a resolution.

You're also welcome to contact the manufacturer directly if you prefer — that's entirely your choice.

3. What Warranties Typically Cover

Manufacturer warranties generally cover:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship
  • Component failure under normal use conditions
  • Manufacturing defects that appear after initial setup

4. What Warranties Typically Do NOT Cover

Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover:

  • Assembly errors: Damage caused by incorrect assembly, installation, or modification by the customer. Our assembly guides are thorough — please follow them carefully.
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs) that does not affect function
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Damage from unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs
  • Damage from power surges, liquid exposure, or environmental factors
  • Use of components in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose

5. How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe a component is covered under warranty:

  • Email support@turnkeyracingsims.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim – [Your Order Number]"
  • Describe the issue in detail, including when it started and what you've tried
  • Include photos or video of the issue if possible
  • We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps

In many cases, we can troubleshoot the issue remotely and determine whether a warranty claim is necessary. Sometimes what seems like a defect is a setup or calibration issue we can help resolve over email or a quick call.

6. Warranty Claim Resolution

Resolution timelines depend on the manufacturer's process, but we'll keep you informed throughout. Typical resolutions include repair, replacement of the defective component, or in some cases, a credit toward a comparable product. We'll advocate for the fastest resolution possible.

7. Out-of-Warranty Support

Even if a component is out of warranty, reach out. We may be able to help you source a replacement at a competitive price, troubleshoot the issue, or recommend an upgrade. We're here for the long haul — not just the sale.
