Installation And Delivery - What To Expect
If you have selected assembly with your purchase, your TURNKEY simulator leaves our facility fully pre-assembled and ready to race. Here's exactly what happens from the moment your order ships to the moment you're on track.
Ships fully pre-assembled
Your simulator is built, configured, and tested at our facility before it ever leaves the door. Every component is mounted, every cable is routed. This is what "turnkey" means - your rig is ready to go from the moment it arrives.
Delivered to your door by freight
Your order ships via a specialist freight carrier. The delivery team will bring the simulator to your door and wheel it to your property's entrance. You'll be contacted in advance to arrange a delivery window that works for you.
Positioning is your responsibility
Once the simulator has been delivered to your property entrance, it's over to you. The freight team's job ends at delivery - transporting the rig to your preferred room or location within your home is your responsibility to arrange. Please note - our rigs weigh 450 lbs we recommend having a dolly or furniture straps on hand in order to move the cockpit to your desired space.
Plug in and race
Once you've got the simulator in place, there's no complex setup required. Connect power and your display - instructions for how to connect your display will be available in the quick start guide emailed to you after your purchase. Your TURNKEY rig was built so you don't have to think about assembly - you just race.
Important note on assembly
When we refer to "assembly," we mean pre-assembly carried out at our facility before your simulator ships. TURNKEY does not offer on-site assembly or installation at a client's home. Your rig arrives ready to use - no tools, no build time required on your end.
